The right to the user or the group is assigned according to the departments they are in. The HR team will get access to the staff form and not to the accounts/bill payment form. Whereas the accounts team will get access only to the bill payment and expenditure form and not to the staff recruitment related form. Thus the rights are assigned based on the different components and the concerned individuals. The Rights for each of the modules will be given to the Users or Group of users by the administrators who are having the power access to the software. The admin has the rights to permanently delete records and to give rights or revoke rights to the users or groups.
