The Rights for each of the modules will be given to the Users or
Group of users by the administrators, who Also, the admin has
the rights to permanently delete records if not required or
could maintain a back up if need be. Admin is responsible to
give appropriate rights or revoke rights to the users or groups
depending upon the operational changes in the organisation.
During the network login process, the system checks the user’s
rights, the user’s language and provides the software access
accordingly, based on the rights and languages selected for the
user initially.
User and group based calendar helps in keeping track of the important appointments with different parents/student/
customer to the management externally or could also be used for internally for appointments relating to
